Before my role at AMACO/brent, the customer profiles were written solely based on customer interactions, leading to ineffective ad campaigns.
I authored and distributed surveys through email and social media to help the department understand who they are, their attitudes, interests, and opinions. In addition, I gathered Instagram insights to measure against the survey data collected.
I was able to break down AMACO/brent's customers into three different categories - Hobby Potters, Students, and Educators. Next, I authored in-depth survey reports for Hobby Potters and Educators from the surveys distributed by email. Then, starting with AMACO/brent's Hobby Potters and Students, I redesigned consumer profiles to help aid ad campaign planning.
